The onsite portion of a visual strategy workshop can take 2.5-4 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the site. We usually begin with 30min-1 hour of discussion with the client, asking further questions about their expectations and any ideas they might have. Then we explore the site, taking photos, making notes and coming up with our own ideas.
We then take back what we’ve learned and develop the initial draft audit, which includes pricing, designs, and a map. This is usually completed 10-15 business days after the site audit. From there, the client might request changes to the audit, and we might make 3-4 rounds of revisions over 1-2 weeks, ensuring our client is 100% happy with all the details.
