Overview
Challenge
The signage at Mirvac's Calibre Estate had deteriorated over time, with graphics that were fading and lifting. Mirvac Group was also in the process of refreshing their logo, so the two issues needed to be addressed together. They approached CSI and two other signage companies to price a reskin of the estate signage.
Solution
During the site visit, CSI noticed that several smaller gate signs had begun to lean, something that hadn't been included in the original scope. Rather than overlooking it, CSI recommended replacing those signs as part of the project. The extra cost was modest, and the alternative was leaving a structural problem that would only worsen.
CSI was selected to complete the works, which cover reskinning the main estate signage with Mirvac's updated branding and replacing the affected gate signs. The finished result brought the estate's presentation back up to standard, with consistent, updated branding carried through across all signage on site.
