Overview
Challenge
The hotel had undergone a full rebrand from Hills Lodge to Peppers, which meant every piece of signage across the property needed to go with it. Building identity, interior wayfinding, directional signage: all of it required replacing, and it all needed to land consistently under the new brand. Doing that across an operational hotel, without disrupting guests in the process, added another layer to an already involved project.
Solution
CSI started with a detailed site audit and a thorough review of the Peppers brand guidelines before any design work began. From there, the team developed a full signage suite covering identity, general, and directional signage across the property. Design concepts were presented to the client before production commenced, giving them a clear picture of the outcome and the confidence to make decisions without second-guessing.
CSI managed supply and installation of the complete package through to handover. The finished result was a cohesive rebrand carried consistently across the property, with the quality of the outcome speaking for itself.
